Slovenian Baked Mushrooms with Cheese

What's The Big Idea?
Slovenians love mushrooms, and these tasty little snacks are so easy to prepare. Either serve as an appetizer, or as half-time snacks.

Shopping List Here's the list of what you need, and if you click the link on the right, the nice people at Tesco will deliver it for you! 8oz mushrooms, washed and stalks removed 4oz sliced cheese, ideally Muenster or Tolminc, but any hard cheese will work Wooden toothpicks or cocktail sticks
What To Do Preheat the oven to 300F / 150C. Cut the cheese into squares of an appropriate size to cover a mushroom cap. Form a "sandwiches" using two mushroom caps with one square of sliced cheese in the middle. Secure the "sandwiches" with toothpicks, and place on a greased baking tray. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
