Brazilian Spicy Barbecue Dipping Sauce - Molho Apimentado

What's the big idea?
A simple salsa which is great with any barbecued meat. Simply season your meat with some salt, black pepper and olive oil, grill or barbecue, then dip in this sauce! Simple but delicious!

What To Do Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until needed, to allow the flavours to mix. If the taste of vinegar is too strong, add a little water.
