Australian Barbecued Corn on the Cob

What's the big idea?
It doesn't get any simpler than this! I struggle to classify this as a recipe really, but hope you enjoy it anyway.
These are great with almost anything, regardless of nationality. If the barbecue is going on, just add some corn-on-the-cob to your shopping list, and away you go!

Shopping List

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cobs of corn, husks removed
What To Do
BulletpointHeat the barbecue to medium.
BulletpointBrush the cobs of corn with olive oil.
BulletpointCook for about 10 minutes, or until tender, turning regularly.
